About the Rent
The pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle can be done 24h a day, 7days a week, depending on the location. The renter should consult the working hours of the store where they will pick-up or drop-off the vehicle. All stores are located near the airports.
The daily rate is 24h starting from the pick-up time. Extra hours will be charged when the drop-off time is after the pick-up time. It will be charged another daily rate from the 6th hour.
Rentals can be answered with a vehicle from the same category or a superior one, in the absence of the reserved car.
Our vehicles have 24 hours assistance, this assistance is provided by major national companies, as Sulamérica Assistance 24 hours and Mapfre, you will always have someone to help you in an emergency.
We have GPS navigators.
We have child seats.

Cancelation
You can cancel your reservation online on our website or with our attendants.
You have a reservation and do not attend on the scheduled day to the store and did not do any kind of contact with us, your booking will be processed as Noshow and the vehicle may be released to another customer.
Pay attention, if you made your reservation with another company, like travel agency or online booking websites, you must check they booking cancelation policy. costs can be generated according to the period of cancellation request and contracted tariff.
Bookings from other companies such as travel agencies and online websites can only be canceled directly with the company that generated your reservation.

Emergencies
In case of emergency with the car, you should contact the store where you picked-up the vehicle, they are the most qualified team for emergency situations. Please check the phones from the stores that are given in your vouchers or in the moment of the pick-up.
Gas
Our gas policy is level by level. The customer receives the vehicle with a certain level of gas and must return the car with the same level.
Payment
Payment can be done by credit card or cash.
Pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle
The pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle must be done in our stores. You can chose to be picked-up in the airport and go to our store in our transfer service, in this case, you must inform your arrival flight number. For more information check “Locations and Directions”.

Protections
The customer will contract the protection for the vehicle, which means that in case of an accident, he’ll be protected and only responsible for the values of the co-participation of hired protection. Both for damage to the rented car, and for damages against third parties, always following the hired limits.
When you rent or reserve the vehicle, check the limits of the protection contracted and their co-participants.
The customers that already have insurance from another company must follow the normal procedure and in cases of accident and refunds shall handle the costs directly with the rental company and then ask your insurer for your refund. We provide all necessary documentation for it, we do not deal directly with the insurance company hired by the client, only with our own protections and insurance.
